Mock Hunt Test

Time for AKC HUNT TEST tune-ups!
Join us for an instructional/mock ALL Pointing Breeds hunting “test”
Date: Saturday, May 10th, 9am
Location: Elma Land Conservancy in Barker (Somerset) NY.
Current/qualified AKC judges will be on hand to help you better understand, interpret, and give instructions on the rules and regulations of all levels, Junior – Senior – Master, of the AKC Hunting Test system. We will give instructions on expectations and then run braces as you would in an actual hunting test scenario BUT this will be strictly all about learning, asking questions and training so all tools to get the job done are welcome. This event is TWO WEEKS prior to our actual Licensed AKC Hunting Tests that will take place on the same grounds, so this is a fantastic opportunity to get to know what it’s all about and familiarize yourself and your dog(s) with the whole testing scenario.
ALL WELCOME – This is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC so please feel free to share with anyone who may be interested.
$45 for GSPC of WNY Members includes – Two chukar, morning donuts and lunch!
$65 for non-club members includes – Two chukar, morning donuts, lunch, AND a GSPC of WNY 1-year paid membership!
*Additional chukar at cost $14 each
*Anyone without a dog is welcome to come and learn FREE of charge!
